That is an option. Bring back the Kaiser! Japan also has alternative government options. China is where the expansion just shines. China is now so much fun. Japan always still rolls them if AI controls but China and their warlords bring so much more to the game. By far the best of all the expansions. Can't recommend this enough!. A GOOD DLC FROM PARADOX!!I'd Highly Recomend this being your first dlc, First you get watcha pay for!If you play as asia or Maybe germany than its 1000x worth moar!It brings more than any dlc in hoi4 Including MTG!!!!!As in germany, you can bring back the kaiserreich and austria hungary in the german focus tree!And thats pretty fun TBH.Bring Back WW1 Or IF you like asia you can also get it. All in all, its worth it.
