About This Software Marmoset Hexels™ is a unique, grid-based painting tool for vector art, pixel art, design, and animation.HexelateAt the heart of Hexels lies a paintable grid of geometric shapes: a tessellating canvas built of hexagons, triangles, squares, and custom polygons. The Hexels grid allows artists to create complex vector designs with the stroke of a brush. It is a new kind of workflow that's intuitive and easy to pick up by a beginner, and a versatile tool in the hands of a pro.PixelateThe grid-based canvas in Hexels is a natural fit for the forward-thinking pixel artist. Make full use of the same great drawing tools. Keep track of colors and gradients with the palette. Set your canvas in motion with the animation timeline. Export a sprite sheet for every princess in every castle.ConstructFor the craftsman looking to build worlds, Hexels provides a set of grids and guides for drafting all forms of isometric art. Raise walls, carve mountains, bend perspective to your will and build impossible wonders.DetailPixels and Trixels living in harmony! Hexels lets you combine layers of vector and pixel art on the same canvas. Complement angular Hexel art with soft, sweeping brushwork. Carve pixel-perfect trim into isometric art. Block out whole cities in vector form, then dive in for the details.RasterizeHexels gives you full control over the vector-to-pixel rendering process. Advanced rasterization tools provide vector alignment, pixel-perfect isometric art, pixel scaling, and antialiasing at any export resolution. And because Hexels renders everything on the GPU, you'll see a pixel-perfect preview on the canvas as you paint.AnimateBuild a world and bring it to life with the Hexels animation timeline. Breathe subtle motion into a still image with post effects and motion curves. Send shapes and colors twirling with layer transforms. Or tell a hand-drawn tale with a simple flipbook animation.PatternHexels is the perfect tool for exploring tiling designs and geometries. Paint tessellating patterns on an endless canvas. Explore advanced grid types like Voronoi. Draft your own grids with a powerful custom grid designer. Whether you are creating textiles or laying out an elaborate mosaic, Hexels can help.DesignHexels is a versatile tool for the graphic artist working with multiple applications, at a print-ready resolution. Assemble your canvas out of existing images and animations.Keep organized with layers, masks and groups. Add a pinch of procedural with a library of real-time post effects and shaders. Then export an SVG or layered PSD of your canvas for final touch-ups elsewhere.Featured artwork by:Mark Knight, Mira Karouta, etall, Saskia Freeke, Will Wantz, Jen Maynulet, Jakobsen Beck, Charred, Ed Clews, Brunélie Lauret, Thomas Lonsdale, Beth Mohler, Andres Reinot, Tabby Rose b4d347fde0 Title: Marmoset Hexels 3Genre: Animation & Modeling, Design & Illustration, Video ProductionDeveloper:Marmoset LLCPublisher:Marmoset LLCRelease Date: 15 Feb, 2016 Marmoset Hexels 3 Activation Unlock Code And Serial marmoset hexels 3 key. marmoset hexels 3 free. marmoset hexels 3 full. marmoset hexels 3 crack mac. marmoset hexels 3 free download. marmoset hexels 3 tutorial. marmoset hexels 3 download crack. marmoset hexels 3 download. marmoset hexels 3. marmoset hexels 3 animation. marmoset hexels 3 chomikuj. marmoset hexels 3 steam. marmoset hexels 3 crack. marmoset hexels 3 review. marmoset hexels 3 coupon. marmoset hexels 3 mega. marmoset hexels 3 demo. marmoset hexels 3 32 bit This is a great tool for any one looking to make some great art animated or static this software has a great amount of tools and uses that I am still learning. down side is there is♥♥♥♥♥♥for tutorials on youtube and a huge learning curve but if you have the patience and have worked in Photoshop or artrage you should feel capable of figuring this out.. Excelent piece of software, makes it really easy for non artist to do something cool.. nice addition to my library. Awesome little art program. Thumbs up, even at it's full price. It's arguably more fun than Black Ink which I like (don't fully understand it, but I'm trying :P) and certainly more usable for certain styles, and for a lower price.I got it as part of a humble bundle (which I mainly bought for Spriter Pro, this was an added bonus), so I don't know if I'd have made the purchase at full price first off, but after having used it for a couple of hours (which you can do as part of their trial version) I already know I'll get loads of fun out of this program, and so if I'd gone the trial route I'd probably have bought it soon after anyway. All I've done so far is made a couple of quick animated GIFs with the software, and I can see that it's really suited to that, as well as still pieces. Though I'm having loads of fun with the animation as it's the first ever art software I enjoy animating within. I'll get back to doing still pieces with it in the future and maybe re-review it then.I could see someone who spent long hours working with this be able to create insanely intricate scenes and animations. And there's no real learning curve for a beginner, even if I do come from a digital art background (I mainly use Krita and Black Ink), I could see it being a fun program for a non traditional artist to excell in (though I'd be interested to see what the traditional artist could make with it.)For those of you who think it doesn't look versatile, it can do a lot more than you might think at first glance. In fact you can make pieces so smooth they don't look like they were even painted with hexels or trixels (the main painting mode). It also has a well developed pixel art mode. It also has a user customisable shape mode where you can make the most insane looking paintings known to mankind.Animation is super easy. Compared to many tools with animation options (such as krita 3 which I love for still art but abhor for animation) the process of learning how to make somewhat decent animations is very fast. My first piece was a minecraft/fez style isometric block world with a working day night cycle, my second, a dragon breathing fire down onto a warrior, who backs up and raises their shield. Other than watching a couple of artists videos for inspiration the night before, I worked through zero tutorials.I use a pen monitor (Ugee 1910b) with it, though many awesome artists (including Mark Knight who I mention later) use just a mouse to draw their creations, which makes this program especially suited to a beginner digital artist who may not own or want to buy even a cheap drawing tablet. If you want to see some awesome artworks made entirely in this software I reccomend you check out Mark Knight's Hexels youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/redcastle60187) and Tumblr page. He's the reason I decided to give it a go. He makes amazing art based on film and video game scenes, objects and characters.Hope my review was somewhat helpful, and if you buy Hexels that you get as much enjoyment out of it the first few hours as I have :D. I really like this software, i can make cool vector art, effects, animation... for my games easily. The only downside is it's a bit slow so i can't use it effectively when making hand drawn art. But it's still worth buying :). I expected to really like this program, the idea of creating low poly art quickly and with ease really appealed to me as an artist, however I really can't recommend this product. Here's how it goes:-First launching the program, you are welcomed by a limited amount of canvas presets, most of them are a tiny canvas size, but I guess that’s understandable.-After selecting the largest preset (1920x1080), in order to give yourself plenty of play space, you are then welcomed by clunky navigation controls, but that’s okay, after enough time, any user interface and hotkeys can be learned to make program navigation more fluid... right? -20 minutes later and you are familiarized with the ui, time to get creating! -Another 20 minutes and you’ve already discovered the limitations of the program, well...great. -Want to add a little bit here, or shave off a little more there? Too bad, we only work in BIG CHUNKS here!! -That low poly face you are trying to make? Yeah, that angle doesn’t work. That half of the face gets to be either straight edge flat, lumpy, or jagged edge and saw-like. -Oh and that other eye? Yeah just save yourself the trouble and give up now.Now there is a free draw tool, where you can fix those things by drawing over top on a new layer, but then it ruins the aesthetic, and at that point you would be better off using a different program entirely.____________--In Conclusion---------------------You are basically limited to one of two view angles, either 2D, or 45 degree angle. Just look at the sample images, if you try any other angle, your image will not work. The inability to actively modify and adjust triangle shape and placement, is a serious pitfall. The ui is clunky and lacks any natural fluidity. The animation aspect is a cool addition, but when the core art creation aspect is limited, it ruins any additions. The "Paint" aspect is sub par in comparison to other art programs. And we won't even touch on the pixel art aspects, because basically any art or photo editing program has the ability to make pixel art.___________--Final Verdict-------------------This program is shockingly basic and is definately not worth its price, or even half its price.I would recommend looking elsewhere for similar programs, there are more capable programs you can get for the same price point. If you are hellbent on getting this program, I wouldn't spend more than $15 on this product, try closer to $10.. 7/10 It's a good painting software for making pixel arts or something abstract. Many good tools for making nice canvas, but It has some bugs(maybe not a bug LOL) eg. the script that makes grid smaller but when I used it I can't restore it back to the size before(-*-). After using this to create some awesome scenery for some time now, I can definitely say this is some powerful software. To start, the UI is pretty simple, and packs a lot. In the palette, you can mix colors and blend others, to help with shading. You can add and remove frames, to make editing easier, and in some cases, faster. Having multiple grids (and custom grids) helps to add detail, or maybe a different perspective, and you can change the grid anytime, on any layer. Whenever you export your image, you can change the scale of the image, to make it bigger (more hd) or smaller (less hd). This software is very fine, and I would recommend this to anyone.. An extremely powerful software for unique trixel and mixel artwork, plus powerful for pixelart as well. The grid is easy, the animation controls are intuitive and you can turn off the glow and textures to your choosing. The developer is active in forum to help you out and this is probably one of my favorite new drawing programs. You can't go wrong with Hexels 3 if you are looking for something to give your art a unique look or a little extra zing, especially now that it has powerful new animations tools, blending modes, the ability to switch on the fly between hexel/trixel/pixel type layers.
